- Evaluation of E-cat available for sale, and purchase of E-cat based on its resale value.
- Provide a comprehensive list of applicable E-cats for a refiner requiring E-cat. ECI offers E-cat on a delivered basis to the refinery for ease in evaluating the available E-cat.
- Modeling as requested by the refiner for ECI to make an evaluation, and potential E-cat recommendation.
- Pickup of E-cat at refineries with approved pneumatic trucks at times that meet the refinery requirements.
- Inventory of a variety of E-cats in strategic storage locations for emergency requirements.
- Disposal of high metals E-cat to industry qualified Cement Kilns.
- ECI full service as requested includes coordination of fresh catalyst deliveries with the refinery and the fresh catalyst manufacturers. The same trucks delivering the fresh catalyst also reload with either E-cat for resale or disposal to a cement kiln.
- Custom blending of fresh catalyst, E-cat, and additives as specified by either the refiner or the fresh catalyst/additive manufacturer.
- Off-site inventory of refinery E-cat to hold for TAR’s.
- Off site inventory of fresh catalyst or additives for emergency backup (such as Hurricane protection).
- Monthly reports of E-cat purchases and sales.
- Packaging in super sacks for overseas applications.
- ECI leased pneumatic railcars for economical transportation or local storage.
