ECI LOGISTICS
ECI is dedicated extensive personnel resources to minimizing the hassle refineries go through to either ship or receive E-cat. Our logistics coordinators (Tammy Antonopoulos, Mary Gaddis, and Tony Listi) work closely with our sales department and the refiner to coordinate transportation that fits the refiner’s requirements. Customer service via our Logistics is the core of ECI's service!
ECI works closely with pneumatic trucking companies (long haul and short haul) to make sure they conform to the shipping or receiving requirements of the refinery (this includes pickup/delivery times, and the safety requirements of the refinery. Our qualified carriers know what refiners and ECI expects from them. The vast majority of our carriers are also qualified by the fresh catalyst manufacturers.
To minimize the hassle of loading E-cat trucks, ECI wherever possible coordinates pickups with the trucking company that is making a delivery of fresh catalyst to the source refinery. ECI works very closely with fresh catalyst trucking companies to take advantage of this opportunity.
Where time permits ECI utilizes pneumatic railcars to minimize the freight cost to markets that would not normally be economical without the utilization of rail.
IMPORT/EXPORT
ECI has considerable experience with import/export of E-cat in bulk lined containers and one ton super sacks. ECI has successfully imported/exported with Europe, Asia, and South America. In addition, ECI has agents in these overseas markets to assist in the smooth movement of E-cat.
