EQUILIBRIUM CATALYST MODELING
ECI has developed a model for predicting the impact of using Equilibrium catalyst as either a supplement or replace for fresh catalyst at an individual FCCU operation. This model takes into account the impact of contaminant metals, catalyst microactivity (MAT), and FCCU unit conditions.
ECI can tailor the most cost effective catalyst combinations to fit an individual FCCU operation.
There are a number of FCCU opportunities that can be optimized via the use of E-cat. ECI has the experience to make recommendations where E-cat is a viable option.
